Another Trip

On the 13th of February, we made our trek to Canada once more, this time for the funeral of Kyle's Grandpa. We had a very nice time despite the circumstances and got to see a lot of the Kyle's side of the family that we don't get to very often. The funeral was wonderful, it was great to hear how much everyone loved Grandpa Tanner. He was an incredible man that many emulated. It was a short 4 day trip, but it was very full and it was so nice to see everyone. Kyson did very well on the trip once again (we drive 4 hours to Oklahoma City, fly for five hours plus layovers, then drive 3 more hours to Welling). Here are a few of our cutie on the plane and in the airport. I've also included some pictures from Christmas of Grandpa Tanner with Kyson and with Kyle and Kyson. We were so happy to get these because he has been suffering from Alzheimer's for the last year or so and we weren't sure how willing he would be to take pictures with people he couldn't quite remember. It was a nice surprise when he put his arm around Kyle. It was very special.
