Kyson and I had such a good time in Salt Lake City! We were there for 10 days and Kyson got to meet 3 aunts and an uncle. We stayed at my parent's condo where Reuben is staying, and Rachel, Rob, and Katie came down from Rexburg for the 3 day weekend. We did lots of things like went to Temple Square to the visitor's center and a tour of the Conference Center and Music and the Spoken Word (watched my dad sing with the Mormon Tabernacle Choir). Other fun things we did include playing frisbee, playing pool, taking walks to see the ducks, went swimming (which I wish I'd taken pictures of, it was Kyson's first experience), went to the park, visited my sister in the hospital as much as possible, went to Costco (yay!), ate a lot of ice cream/custard, visited with Candice, Kyle's sister and her boys, went to Provo and saw some of my old roommates, speculated about my bother's love life, and ate/fed Kyson way too much junk.
It went fast and it was hard to leave, but we also couldn't wait to get home to Kyle who we both missed! Here's a whole bunch of pictures I took of the trip.

The family on the roof of the Conference Center. Between my dad and myself are my nieces and nephew up from Beaver, UT.

Me and my sisters, Rachel and Katie

The Eldredge Clan, those boys are so cute with Kyson!

Here we are at Liberty Park. Kyson loved playing in the water, even though it was freezing!

Reuben claims Kyson did it first

Grandma, Kyson, and Grandpa at Olive Garden

Grandpa: "Kyson, you want to taste this lemon slice?"

Yuck!!
Yet he kept going back for more

Kyson playing on uncle Reuben's weights (which weigh almost twice as much as him!)

Katie, Rob, Rachel, Reuben, and my dad checking out the geese (I had the camera ready just in case Rob tried to grab that goose, which they were all trying to get him to do)

We went to this great park, but Kyson wasn't too into swinging, or sliding for that matter. He preferred watching the other kids play.

Cool turtle at the park! I told Reuben I wanted one of just Kyson on the turtle, meaning that I wanted him to hold him on there, but it worked out this way too, I was just really nervous the entire time.

Kyson loved his baths in grandma's sink! He's playing peek-a-boo in this picture

The fun toys that grandma didn't even know she had in her apartment

It rained most of the time we were there, but we got out a few times for walks

Looks like you had a great trip. It's too bad we couldn't go at the same time. One of these days we'll meet Kyson in person...
We're sad we missed out on seeing Kyson, too! He's such a cutie...
